5,360 visitors came from the Russian regions. More than 1,000 visitors came from abroad and CIS countries. As lead fair for the baking and confectionery MODERN BAKERY MOSCOW attracts visitors from all over Russia. 45% of visiting professionals come from Russian regions, including the far eastern regions.

 

Objectives of the Visitors

As the most important objectives of attending the trade show, around 63 % specify obtaining “information about novelties and innovations” as well as establishing new business contacts (46.6 %). The importance of maintaining personal contacts, which makes a key contribution to business success or failure in Russia in particular, is confirmed by the following figure: Approximately 30 % of industry visitors use the trade show to maintain existing contacts.
