The 16th MODERN BAKERY MOSCOW will be held from October 11 to 14 2010 at the Expocentre exhibition site in Moscow.
The topic of confectionery will once again be the focus of MODERN BAKERY MOSCOW 2010. Both in the exhibition and in the conference area, the topic will be further developed and expanded. In particular, the proportion of international participation in the field of confectionery is to be expanded. Further additions to the supporting programme are also planned for 2010. Since the presentations of the master classes were especially popular with many industry visitors, these offerings in particular will be expanded.
The topics “Baking in the Supermarket – Frozen Baked Goods” and “Baked Goods in Gastronomy” were already well received in 2009. Experts believe these topics harbour great potential. As a result, they will receive greater emphasis in the supporting programme of MODERN BAKERY MOSCOW 2010.

Visa Regulations
There are two kinds of invitation letters:
-Invitation letter for a Business Visa
-Invitation letter for a Tourist Visa in connection with a confirmed hotel reservation
For you as a delegate of an official event we recommend you to apply for a Business Visa. One advantage of a Business Visa is that the visa can be extended.
Generally, a visa application is only possible in combination with a booking for a flight and hotel accomodation in Moscow. The acceptance of your visa will rougly need 4 to six weeks. Another possibility is the application for an Express Visa. As these are comparatively expensive, we recommend to apply for an Express Visa just in case it is absolutely necessary.
